Tarrant County attorneys disciplined by the State Bar of Texas

Two Tarrant County attorneys were recently disciplined by the Star Bar of Texas. Carol Bowling Jackson, 62, of Bedford, was disbarred for providing opposing lawyers in a divorce case terms contrary to those provided by her client, according to bar documents. Supremes rule on probate: Lawyers, conservators can be sued (CT)

Lawyer disbarred for misappropriating money from woman’s estate (NC)

A longtime Winston-Salem lawyer was disbarred last week for misappropriating money from a Forsyth County woman’s estate and providing false information to a Forsyth County clerk. Billy D.
