Texas Ed Agency updates school district performance, spending ‘snapshots’

The Texas Education Agency has posted its Snapshot: School District Profiles data for the 2013-2014 school year. A Snapshot summary gives statewide totals of the information reported. For instance, the statewide four-year graduation rate was 88 percent. Conversely, this additionally indicates a 12 percent dropout rate. And of the 63.8 percent of students who took at least one of the college admissions tests, only 25.4 percent were at or above the criterion score.
