Report investigates Florida and the ‘warehousing’ of disabled children

Note also that individuals with medical conditions or injuries that have resulted in lucrative financial settlements can also be particularly attractive marks.

This Aljazeera America investigative series asks if Florida is warehousing disabled children.  Unfortunately, it’s not a far-fetched notion and follows a trend seen on varying scales throughout the U.S.
