PINELLAS COUNTY — It turns out Ed Graziano is going to have to serve his entire sentence for a solicitation to commit murder conviction.
Earlier this month, Graziano appealed that verdict based on jurisdictional issues.
His attorney, John Trevena, argued Pinellas detectives should not have been investigating the case in Hillsborough County.
But the panel of three appellate judges didn’t buy that argument and recently ruled against Graziano.
Trevena said because the Second District Court of Appeal did not issue a written opinion his client has no more options to appeal his 10 year sentence.
Graziano was convicted last year for trying to hire a hit-man to kill his estranged wife Debbie.
