Tony Chan Chun-chuen will go to court on April 26 for forging a will naming him the sole beneficiary of the multi-billion dollar estate of the late Chinachem tycoon, Nina Wang Kung Yu-sum.
The trial is set to start on April the 22nd and the hearing is expected to last 60 days.
A pre-trial hearing will be held on January the 24th.
The fung-shui practitioner was previously ordered to pay HK$230.5 million in legal costs to the Chinachem Charitable Foundation, the manager of the late Nina Wang Kung Yu-sum’s estate and to the secretary for justice.
The Court of Final Appeal set the amount after Chan lost all his appeals last month.
