In weak economy, Tenn. sees increase in attorneys disciplined for theft from clients

We like to point out when there is some sign of legalizing our illegal legal system.  If what is presented in today’s Tennessean is accurate, then I shout Bravo!, to the Board of Professional Responsibility.

Truth is, if the Board disciplined every attorney according to the Rules of Professional Conduct, we wouldn’t have many attorneys left in Tennessee.  I do not envy any Public Servant’s job, but I do believe they have a Duty to Oath, a duty to “we, the people…” to protect us from a legal system run amuck.

I wish I had a job like an attorney, where you get paid even when you lose.  In my profession as a songwriter, I’m up against every songwriter in the world hoping to get one song on one record.  I worked hard doing just this, lived frugally, investing wisely, and amassed a $2.5M estate.

Thanks to Judge Randy Kennedy and his court of thieves, it’s gone.  Kennedy let a sadist consistent with the psychological profile of Jeffery Dahmer get ahold of my estate, person and property, and it disappeared faster than young boys found in a freezer.

Also, let me keep reminding those that are “supporters”, I’m still in a Conservatorship.  Kennedy lied, Housch lied, Hoskins lied, and they are Officers of the Court.

The Tennessean article attributes our weak economy to the rise in thefts.  Estate of Denial® has long tagged the ongoing economic downturn as a factor to ultimately encourage more probate abuse – actions initiated from any potential participants be it disgruntled family members or wannabe heirs or legal industry perpetrators.
