Davidson County (TN) Judge Randy Kennedy’s court has long been a subject of scrutiny here at Estate of Denial™.  Our friends at Impeachrandykennedy’s Blog are reporting and we can confirm that Kennedy is facing serious allegations as the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary investigates potential misconduct in the conservatorship of Ginger Franklin, a Nashville woman placed under conservatorship due to a Traumatic Brain Injury yet kept in that status upon her doctor’s certification of full recovery.

From The Day of Reckoning Is Coming for Kennedy and His Court of Thugs:

I have been informed by a reliable source that Judge Randy Kennedy is being brought up on full trial before the Tennessee Supreme Court of the Judiciary for his atrocious misconduct in the Ginger Franklin case.  The Danny Tate case is still being built by the COJ which is far more horrific than Ms. Franklin’s.  Let’s hope the COJ does their job thoroughly.  In our opinion, the ONLY satisfactory conclusion is impeachment and imprisonment.

This upcoming process will offer an opportunity to learn much not just about judicial abuse, but also about the legal industry and its claims of self-policing abilities.

The story above is completely misguided, uninformed, and one-sided. Ms. Franklin has suffered a severe loss – a serious brain injury — and now she’s blaming her problems on the Probate Court, which stepped in to take care of her when no one else would. A conservator is required to act in the other person’s best interests. If Ms. Franklin had no income or savings after her injury, how was her conservator supposed to pay her house note? Or for her medical care? So many missing factsin the above version! If Ms. Franklin’s family or friends had been willing to be her conservator, they had priority to serve. If she had no family or friends willing to serve, the Court was required to appoint someone to take necessary steps to produce funds needed for Ms. Franklin’s care. I bet the only source for these funds was to sell her house, etc. Take some time to educate yourself and don’t believe this bad tabloid journalism. No Christina Norris, it seems that you would be the one who should “take time to educate yourself…” In a very short period of time after my fall the conservator received an $8755.00 payment from an accident insurance policy. I advise you to educate yourself by getting the facts before posting comments on issues you are not familiar with. You wrote “I bet the only source for these funds was to sell her house, etc.” You lose that bet!!
