It’s incredible that several recent murder stories have ended up with an inheritance or estate-control component. The Palm Springs trial over the murder of Clifford Lambert and the Edward Graziano case in which the defendant was believed to have planned killing his wife in order to gain guardianship of the couple’s severely incapacitated son are two such cases. The Kristi Marks case out of Ohio and now the Palladino case out of New York. And actually, there are a few more we can think of past this. We’ve got some interesting end-of-life articles whose analysis suggest a new avenue for similarly-motivated cases. Hopefully some of that perspective can be posted in the upcoming days.
