The probate racket further exposed

Impeachrandykennedy’s Blog has a couple of new postings on how the probate racket works with regard to guardianships/conservatorships.  From EstateofDenial.com’s study of the issue, the mechanics described here hold true in court venues throughout the country.

Here’s a passage we especially liked:

In summary, team probate, captained by Judge Randy Kennedy, asserts total control of the proceeding by appointing every player on board making sure they are all team players for the racket.  They find a person with assets, figure out an angle on disability, send in team probate and the scam is on.  The ward is stripped of any chance to fight back.  Kennedy appoints them a conservator from the team, an attorney ad litem from the team, a guardian ad litem from the team and nobody’s on the ward’s team.  All of these appointees are really working for the court.  So, the best interests of the ward are a lost consideration.  And if any outsider slips into the proceedings, they are bribed off the case by appointment or bullied out of practice.  It’s an outrage that the law to conserve is being used as a method to liquidate in favor of team probate.  It’s legalized-organized crime under color of law and guise of protection.

It’s an unflattering characterization of the legal industry.  Just because something is unflattering, however, doesn’t mean it’s untrue.
