You are successful. Your assets are around $700,000. In recovery for 18 years…….you use, and become vulnerable. Your life is taken over.

There is a concert. People travel from as far away as London to attend-performers and supporters alike. You give the money made to another flood victim.

There is a hearing. This one is different. The judge can either keep you in this mess that you have been ensnared in, or set you free.  People are watching. There are news cameras in the court room. You are freed.

People are happy, because they believe you. They love you. You see the fruits of the life you have lived by the very fact that so many folks that you came in contact with through the years are there to stand with you.

People celebrate. People believe that justice has finally been served. Local TV is there, and they seem to be on the case.

You are free, but now they want any money you have coming in from royalties on the songs that you wrote………to pay for the lawyer that presided over your conservatorship. Relentless.

You are broke. Nearly a millionaire, but now broke.

2. Show up at the 7th circuit court this Friday, July 30th to provide scrutiny on this court. RSVP on the Facebook event invite. This is important.
3. Please email, phone, or write the District Attorney in Nashville and ask him to take a look at the compelling evidence that Mr. Robins has compiled, and they now have in their possession. You can find the contact info for the Attorney General of Tennessee, and District Attorney here.
4. Consider hosting a house concert for Danny. One of his most pressing needs right now is simply money. He will need our help in the coming months. The most natural thing for him to dive into is making music. The man wrote 4 number one songs! Get in touch with me, or him if you want to book a house concert.
