Danny Tate and friends will be in Judge Randy Kennedy’s Nashville courtroom tomorrow morning for the hearing of a motion asking the court to allow independent medical or psychological evidence supplied by Tate’s defense.
For those who still believe the justice system operates in a fair and impartial manner, the granting of this motion might seem a no-brainer. Other more experienced legal observers know that with all that’s happened – despite ever-increasing and deserved public scrutiny of this case – anything’s possible including a denial of Danny’s attempt to defend himself.
More about Danny’s situation is available at the Friends for Danny Tate’s Defense FB page. If you haven’t joined the group, please do so!
Meanwhile, our thoughts and prayers will be with Danny and friends as tomorrow’s events unfold.
