Check out this account from Pennsylvania regarding the depth of corruption and abuse perpetrated by Luzerne County Court Judges Mark A. Ciavarella Jr. and Michael T. Conahan. This case is outside our probate scope, but some of the abusive tactics along with descriptions of how other legal industry members elected to turn a “blind eye” to the bad acts being perpetrated is totally familiar.
