Check out a new column at Examiner.com/Austin.  It is the first of a series that will discuss estate abuse in Texas and, among other things, will highlight how it has been addressed to-date by the traditional media.  This is an important aspect of the Involuntary Redistribution of Assets (IRA) issue as EoD views exposure and public education to be the first steps toward reform.

We anticipate some members of the legal industry to not be overly appreciative of these pieces, but then again, many EoD readers are unappreciative of having had to watch their loved ones’ assets (and with guardianships, personal liberty) depleted at the hands of IRA perpetrators.
