As someone with first hand knowledge of Francis Morrissey’s dubious legal ethics, I am glad you are doing your Estate of Denial blog. My feeling is that practitioners cannot be too careful about watching out for greedy relatives or caregivers.  Yet such care does beg the question: what to do if the planning fiduciary is a scoundrel? How can family members protect an elder from such people when they are wining and dining them?  Enough to make one crazy.
