You may remember that the sentencing for Terry Erwin Stork, the Austin (TX) attorney convicted of three felony theft charges related to stealing from estates which he had been entrusted to administer, was initially scheduled for August 13. After finding no media reports on the outcome of this proceeding, EstateofDenial.com did some of our own digging and found that, per Travis County Criminal Case Settings records, the sentencing is now scheduled for 9 a.m. September 12 in the 331st District Court.
