Manire family: thinking of you

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Manire family upon the death of J.P. Manire.  It is notable that one attorney/guardian showed the family a degree of consideration during J.P.’s last days.  This is no way, however, excuses Denton County, Texas, officials and their appointees’ intrusion into the lives of J.P. and Doris Manire – an intrusion that led to the Manires’ loss of basic liberty and all their property rights.  Despite J.P.’s death, the harm caused will continue as J.P.’s children and grandchildren live with the consequences of this Involuntary Redistribution of Assets (IRA) act while a host of attorneys and other “guardians” enjoy the benefit of financial assets hijacked from the heirs of J.P. and Doris Manire.  As unresolved matters exist with this case, our coverage will also continue.

We recently had the opportunity to visit Independence Hall in Philadelphia.  This building was a key meeting place for our Founding Fathers as they worked to establish a governmental system palatable to all involved.  This is where both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed.  Being in a room full of so much history and recognizing the harsh conditions under which courageous men came together to express their convictions and to stand against a tyrannical government was a moving experience.

As we follow the growing number of IRA cases which violate the liberty and property rights of honest Americans, one has to recognize that self-serving government and its circle of allies (in many cases, attorneys or other “friends of the court”) are active today as they were in 1776 using positions of influence to enrich themselves by feeding upon the efforts of others.  Perhaps it’s time that those of us with IRA experiences prepare our own updated version of the Declaration of Independence.  Although the Declaration is dated July 4, 1776, it actually wasn’t signed until August 2 (http://www.archives.gov/press/press-releases/2005/nr05-83.html?template=print).  Maybe this August 2, we’ll make available a new document for distribution to the asset looters, property poachers and those who aid and abet their efforts.

    Lou Ann,
Thank you so much for this post. It is wonderful, and you are right, the fight for IRA, is not over for this family, or any family in the USA. With your help and firendship, I am going to get this out to the world to see, how the court systems and guardians who are supposed to be protecting the people, and the estates of the US people, are up holding the Declaration of Independence, that our founding fathers wrote and agreed upon. This was written , as all of the wars that have been fought have been done so that as we get older we would have the rights to life liberty and the persuit of happiness, so that we may have the freedom to pass this on to our families and loved ones.

These rights have been taken from us, and the us is growing daily, by the men and women who took an oath to up hold these rights.

The one guardian who did show some consideration informed me that one of the other guardians took a trip to Hawaii, and his attorney a trip to China. Go figure they take a vacation while my father-in-law is laying in a hospital taking his last breath. No doubt with some of his money. I find this appauling, cincidering the fact that for the last 4 years my father-in-law was held and kept a prisoner in a nursing home against his and our wishes so that these people could charger him and take everything he owned. No charges were made, to excuse the reason they held him prisoner except they claimed incapacity, and this they did only to take everything.

Kim Manire’s story is heart wrenching. I know that those attorneys and other officials who took advantage of the Manire family will come to a bad end eventually. If those attorneys used one penny of what was rightfully the Manire family’s money to vacation with, one night in the dark, quiet, they’ll be confronted with what they’ve become. They are despicable leeches who are too inept, too ineffectual to succeed through honest work, and they KNOW it on some level. They end up needing to acquire more and more by any means in an attempt to subdue their own feelings of self contempt. They’ve sold their souls to the devil.
Their ill- gotten gain will be robbed from them in the same way that they robbed.
Kim is correct, usually no charges are made because they could most probably be refuted easily. That’s what’s so bewildering. No accusers ( to confront), no charges (to give opportunity to defend against). They don’t want to fight. They just feel entitled to other peoples property.
